Installing the TIS Client Communication Service

Proceed as follows to download and install the TIS Client Communication Ser-

vice using the Google

Chrome browser:

In Help (dropdown menu) > Download, click on Download TIS Client Com-

munication Service.

The file download starts and a security warning appears asking you whether

you want to run or save the file.

Click on Show all downloads.

The folder with the downloaded files appears.

To download and install the service on your computer, you must

• have administrator rights or the permission to install programs.

• have logged in to TIS-Web successfully using your personal access data;
