Specify

• the driver's user name and password for logging on to TIS-Web Commu-

nicator via the app.

• whether or not the driver should also receive reminders of already sent

messages.

To save your settings:

• If you do not want to make any further settings, e.g. change general driver

details, click on [Save].

Confirm the dialogue box telling you that the settings have been modified

successfully with [OK]. The driver can now start using the ‘Fleet App’ for

communication.

• If you want to make further changes, switch to the relevant dropdown

menu, e.g. General.

Creating messages

A new job has come in – you have checked your route planning and one of

your vehicles could take on the job. Simply send a short message to the driver.

Point to Messages > Incoming or Outgoing Messages and select the driver

to whom you want to send a message.

The page with the list of incoming or outgoing messages opens with the

name of the selected driver.

Right-click on the name entry and then click on New Message (shortcut

menu).
