The page for entering the site details opens on the General Tab.

Enter the required data in each box (list and text boxes).

All text boxes marked with an * (asterisk) must be completed:

Reference

Internal company reference.

If no reference is entered, this box will remain blank - the reference is not displayed and does not

appear in dialogue boxes and reports.

The reference may include figures and/or letters.

Name

Name of the site.

Location

Indicates where the site is located, e.g. Birmingham.

Click on [Save] .1. and confirm the message telling you that the data has been saved to the TIS-Web

database with [OK]

Once the site has been added, the Working Hours .2. tab can be used to set up details about the sites normal

days of operation and the rules used at that site for monitoring Working Time Directive regulations.
