Tip !

To quickly and easily check your driver's activities, you can display the most important driver reports directly

from the Year Overview.

Right-click on a months name to create a Driver Activity Protocol or a Driver Infringement report for the selected

driver and month.

The following functions are available to select data on the Drivers Overview page:

Select the period of the data you want to view by

clicking on a month to select that entire month.

clicking on a day to select it.

selecting a start date first; then holding the Shift key down and selecting an end date to select the

desired period.

Then click on [Open] .7.

The page with the day's totals of available activities data for the selected period is displayed.

Click on Events and Faults .4. a list of events and faults for the selected activity is displayed

Click on Info .5. information about when the record was added or modified is displayed

To delete activities select by ticking the box .6. and then press [Delete Selected] .7. Press [OK] to confirm

deletion of these activities.

Tip !

In Working Time Details, you can select a different site, period and driver. The working time details of the newly

selected driver will now be displayed - you don't have to return to the Year Overview.
