Proceed as follows to adjust overlaps manually:
Select a day denoted as having a conflict by clicking on the red cross .1. and then click on [Open] .2.
Select .1. The first chart entry of the Existing Chart(s) Event(s) if you want to do the following with the existing
tachograph data (The data already stored on the database): either
Delete it from the database using the Delete Existing Chart/Event option, or
Adjust it using the Move selected chart/event by option.
Enter by how many hours and minutes the old data should be adjusted (earlier or later).
To resolve the conflict by altering the chart you are attempting to add
Select .2. The second chart entry of the Offending Chart if you want to do the following with the tachograph
data to be added: either
Not import it into the database (default) using the Ignore new chart option, or
Adjust it using the Move selected chart/event by option.
Enter by how many hours and minutes the new data should be adjusted (earlier or later).
To resolve the conflict by altering a possible second chart also in the database
Select .3. The third chart entry of the Existing Chart(s) Event(s) if you want to do the following with the existing
tachograph data: either
Delete it from the database using the Delete Existing Chart/Event option, or
Adjust it using the Move selected chart/event by option.
Enter by how many hours and minutes the old data should be adjusted (earlier or later).
Click on [OK] .4. to close the dialogue box.
The tachograph data will now either be deleted, ignored, adjusted and/or imported.
If the problem can't be solved, a corresponding message will be displayed and the tachograph data will not be
adjusted. If this happens, check the stored (old) tachograph data and correct the driver, vehicle and/or date data
where applicable. Now try to resolve the overlap(s) again.
